Soul Sync is a 60-minute intuitive movement session held monthly, open to all levels and all bodies.


Each session blends:

💫 Breath, stillness, and rest to integrate

Her mission is to create a safe, nurturing space where individuals can tap into their body’s innate intelligence, using dance and intuitive movement as tools for healing, self-expression, and spiritual growth.
